New tires with only 10k miles on them

Oil changed every 5k miles

Clean interior

The check engine light is on currently. It's off most of the cold months, comes back on in the warmer months. It doesn't seem to affect how the car drives, and I've taken it to a mechanic. They recommended leaving it alone unless the car shows other symptoms.
