Used Car For Sale By Owner
(Sold)
Listing my reliable daily driver for sale as I am wanting a larger vehicle to serve different purposes in the near future. (4wd/camping/tow vehicle). If it doesn’t sell, I’ll keep it as a commuter car.
I purchased this Accord in 2007 with 110,000 miles on the odometer and have serviced with regular oil changes every 3,000-5,000 miles as recommended. During the time I have owned it, I’ve also had the timing belt/water pump replaced, as well as typical maintenance such as brakes, spark plugs/wires, tires, cv joints, etc. Also just put in a brand new battery, had new front brakes and new radiator hose and flush on 9/20/2019. I also replaced the driver side door handle as it was broken yet still functional when I bought it. It works great, it’s just a different color and can be easily painted. It has leather seats, sunroof/moonroof, and power driver seat. It is also already wired for subwoofers from the previous owner, however I have never used a subwoofer with it.
It does have a power steering leak. Jiffy lube said the cv boot on the drivers side is torn and will eventually need to be replaced. Also, the rack and pinion may need to be replaced in the future as well, not sure when.
I do not have all of the service records from the original owner, however it has been very reliable for me in the 12 years that I have owned and driven it. I do have a majority of the service records during the time I have owned it.
I am a rather conservative driver, so you can be assured it has not been driven hard with high rpm’s for at least the past 12 years. Also, since it is the 4 cylinder automatic, it gets better mpg and is less prone to transmission issues that the V6 counterparts are often burdened with.
The paint/clear coat is faded, as was common during this era, there are a couple of rips in the leather in the driver seat which has caused me no functionality issues, however most of the leather is clean as pictured. (I have a Honda seat cover I can include with the car.) It sure is a super reliable and frugal vehicle to own! Also, easy to work on when needed although that’s been a rare occurrence. The sun roof works awesome, the aftermarket radio/cd player works although sometimes the display doesn’t show yet it still plays and is audible, there’s also a remote for it. I’ve kept it clean, I don’t have kids or pets, don’t smoke, and I’m a tidy person. Also comes with three keys which is rare, they are all official Honda keys, not copies.
So if you don’t want to waste money on a brand new car that depreciates faster than just about anything aside from a computer or tv, consider the frugal choice Honda Accord!

    Vin Info Has Changed

    What’s this mean?

KSL Cars uses VIN info to automatically pull details about vehicles listed on the site. The seller edited some info when they created this listing – the changes they made are marked with this symbol.

This doesn’t always mean something is wrong – we just think you should know that changes were made. But it’s probably a good idea to ask the seller about them. As always, if you don’t feel comfortable about it, do not proceed with the purchase.
