Used Car For Sale By Owner
For Sale is my big dumb truck. I acquired it earlier this year as a partial trade and figured I could use it to tow my race car. This is the 7.3 PowerStroke with a manual transmission.
Life had other plans and I was diagnosed with end-stage advanced renal failure. With that being said, I just don't have any use for it.
It is not perfect by all means, and it does need some TLC. It does start and run well actually. The transmission is good and it has a lot of fun stuff like a lift and sound system.
Mechanically, it does need injector cups. I do have replacement injector cups along with the special tool needed to replace the cups but physically, I just can't do much of anything until after I received a transplant. The problem is that it is creating pressure in the coolant expansion tank that will push the coolant out. There is no oil or coolant mixing, however, there is the smell of fuel in the expansion tank.
There are many newer parts that are apparent in the engine and you can tell recently that the turbocharger was replaced, and that the AC unit was replaced and it does blow cool.
The body isn't perfect and it was once someone's work truck as it should be. There are scratches, some clear coat peeling.
It also appears that it's been modified all to heck with a straight pipe exhaust and some sort of boost switch installed in the interior.
I basically just start it every other day to keep the batteries from dying. The tires still have plenty of meat on them.
The title is free and clear.
Edit: Due to my schedule it has been difficult for me to work out the logistics of showing the car. Weekends are the best. If I don't answer leave a message or a text and I will eventually get back to you.

    Vin Info Has Changed

    What’s this mean?

KSL Cars uses VIN info to automatically pull details about vehicles listed on the site. The seller edited some info when they created this listing – the changes they made are marked with this symbol.

This doesn’t always mean something is wrong – we just think you should know that changes were made. But it’s probably a good idea to ask the seller about them. As always, if you don’t feel comfortable about it, do not proceed with the purchase.
