Used Car For Sale By Owner
This car was my daily driver for ~15 years Black on Dove grey interior.
Purchased in California as I couldn't find any manual coupes in Utah.. Probably the best car I have ever owned BUT i work from home now and have no use for a daily driver, its taking up space and I have way to many toys.
Its been kept all stock except for:
Powerflex poly lower control arm bushings (I got tired of replacing the factory ones every 30k miles)
Mishimoto Aluminum Raditor aluminum thermostat housing. (again got tired of how often the stock parts needed to be replaced)
Currently has 17" Enki wheels though i can swap these back to stock if desired.
It has a few issues currently:
Cosmetically, Clear coat has failed on a few of the upper surfaces, Roof, Trunk and tops of the bumpers. Hood was repainted a few years ago but has some rock chips again. Has some rust at the rear fender wells. Driver side seat upholstery has torn.
Mechanically, one of the rear wheel bearings is starting to whine (the other was replaced ~40k ago) , The rear trailing arm bushings could use to be replaced as well. Passenger seatbelt receiver sensor is bad (doesn't affect seatbet operation),. Passenger side door card has bubbled. Coolant Lever sensor is bad. Passenger fog light lens is cracked. Rear tires are pretty worn.
Recent work I have done includes replacing all the shocks, replacing the cooling system components (radiator, water pump, thermostat housing and thermostat, hoses) Replaced the secondary air injection pump. Over the last couple years I have addressed some of the more annoying jobs on E36s, specifically replacing the heater blower motor and windshield wiper assembly along with replacing the resistor that commonly fails in the climate control computer. Brand new premium windshield this summer (made a huge difference in visibility getting rid of the pits)
Thats all the comes to mind right now, trying to represent this the best I can to save us both some time.
text is preferred. If you do call leave a voicemail. I have been getting so many robocalls lately I usually ignore numbers I do not recognize.

    Vin Info Has Changed

    What’s this mean?

KSL Cars uses VIN info to automatically pull details about vehicles listed on the site. The seller edited some info when they created this listing – the changes they made are marked with this symbol.

This doesn’t always mean something is wrong – we just think you should know that changes were made. But it’s probably a good idea to ask the seller about them. As always, if you don’t feel comfortable about it, do not proceed with the purchase.
