It has a shattered windshield that hasn't been cleaned out. Other than that, it ran great before "the incident" and mainly needs a new battery and passenger side mirror.
I will not entertain any offer under $450; because a friend of mine will take it for $500 (but wants to work on it where it is). However, at that price, it is "as is" and expected to be off the property on payment.
Anything over $600 will allow you to work on it on the property; with the option to back out for any reason, minus half of the cost (assuming you leave it in as good, if not better, condition), for my time and/or potentially missed alterations.
