1995 Hummer Hummer

Mileage: 135,000

Lindon, UT | Posted September 10, 2020

$25,000

This is my baby I love this thing so so much and I was keeping it and never was planning on letting it go it was supposed to be my son's truck to keep but times are rough and it's sitting in storage in the outside whether I'm our state and it's not covered very So I feel like it's just getting destroyed more and more by me keeping it, Vandalised by the kids in the neighbourhoodThey cut my soft top, broke gages that I replaced and spent bunch of money on, they cut winch cord pulled out buttons shaped on the center console etc its all in the pictures. I have done so much to it, see pictures before after, the problem also is that I took interior apart because I was doing bunch of stuff to it all at ones and never got to put it back together but all of that staff is still with truck. I really hate selling it without putting it back together because I'm going to have to ask atleast 10k less then what I would have sold it but with everything that I have started in it if finished this baby would be the coolest truck ever. Suspension is very rough so it could use new shocks, shocks for them are not expensive because i would just get the ones for humvee on ebay its all 100% the same, but i would change then anyways while servicing everything else, new brakes are installed in the back i have the ones for the front but not installed. That winch is awesome because if it was done originally it would stick out ferder then that it took a lot off hard work and the winch is expensive one. Cord cut on it but can be purchased for about 35$ online, with that winch i had the best havy duty installation wiring and all the other extra parts was done with another of care and pride. Two new batteries, with warranty, i have train horns installed there was a switch installed for its its pretty fun thing to have, also there is a switch installed inside for winch wutch is something i added and i think its going to be good to have, after market head lights, light bar, its got solid brush guard, lef halo lights green, with switch, everything inside of hummer was made to much so all dash bord lights and screens are green witch is something I really cared to have, 40" mud grupler tires like new with maybe 1k miles on it one has a wear that is not even because it had an axle that needed to be replaced and I didn't do it soon enough, rock star rims, all was installed new, tire ranch holder it is military made so its heavy duty i installed that so it has a ranch that will lower tire to the ground and up those tires are heavy as hell so I thought its a must to have as specially if you offroafd by your self, started to the installation for 2 cameras in the back i put one facing to the ground for towing but also i thought it would be very handy to have with off-roading so I ran wire for it so that you can turn it on without having to be in reverse, its got air lift bumper witch is obviously the best thing to have in the back because for all of the humvee accessories that are made for it like that tire holder, those 40" tires cost like almost 200$ each more then the 37s its ridiculous how much more you have to pay for the next size up, but i wasn't about to put smaller tires so I spent around 5k for all 5 tires and 5 rims, the reason I like the Rockstars is if you scratch them off-roading all that is replaceable you can even take of the outside off when off-roading, nice to have if you want to offroad but also still have your truck looking cool, led everything all light bulbs been replaced to led, have headlight guards that are not installed yet chrome, has a light bar installed toward the back so when offroading it will be able to have bright lighting 360° a must to have if you ever have tried offroading with one, backing up with out them its like going backwards blind, also has a switch installed for it, all switches have aftermarket light up green led worming like train horn back light winch etc, i have installed more protection on the bottom so every thing is protected not like humvees, humvees also don't have roll bars and H1s do and they are heavy duty, it would suck to roll on humvee because hood is fiberglass and body is aluminum it would destroy it because of how heavy they are, so its a must have in my opinion, humvees hard x doors are expensive and not convenient to have for every day driving it, there were subs installed in the back with plywood and carpet over it i was going to make new one with other cut outs for square subs and speakers, heavy duty wiring for emplofaer are installed, with fuses and the installation is professionally installed, i did have roll bar speakers installed on it at one time the ones that are made for boats they got stolen, strobe lights are installed all around truck even inside mirrors with switching setup, has a mirror with screen built in installed i was going to put second camera in the back to it so when you backing up you have to screens showing bottom and back, after market steering wheel, aftrr market gages one needs to be replaced. Even the odometer i but new after odometer and used the part outside of it to put original one in and still match the rest of them, has bunch more staff that i either installed or started installing with parts for it, engine is 5.7 small block, in 95 was the only year they made them with gasoline engine because of how much easier it is to have parts and replacements, unfortunately they found truck is a bit heavy for that engine, but to me I don't think it makes much difference because of the truck being so low geared i have just as much power for what truck can do plus diesel engines from humvees were horrible and the only trucks I think were bad ass were alphas because they had duramax engines in them but alphas cost atleast 80k more, so cool thing is that they have Duramax and Cummings engine conversions made for them and Allison transmitting available as well witch eventually was my plan to do so witch would cost me about 20k but what I love about h1 hummers is that you don't lose money that you invest on them like new trucks now days thats why another reason I like having hummer because if I put 25k in it to have Alison and drama installed the truck would sell easy for $80-100k dont believe me google and try find one for less, so if you gave money to invest you can have the Badest truck in all USA, and u won't loose a penny, unfortunately my investment cost me a lot of money and I've lost a lot of money from selling it, because I never got to put it together and because it was vendolized, if you research tho and see redone humvees they sell for 30-40k without Heating or AC, without having a key or park option, without CTIS in them, without protection on the bottom or roll bar, with x doors that have small window that you have to push to the side, without the comfortable setting and without other interior parts that eventually u will want even if you think you don't. Humvees are exact same thing the only thing is they will have to be switched from 24v to 12v to be able to have anything else that is not from military nor even light bulbs, seats cant be adjusted because even if you got new ones their batteries are installed under the seats so you can have option to install adjustable seats, no AC no Heating, it will never have option to install ac the right way unless you completely ree do everything under the hood and if you live in the state where its way hot in the summers you won't lost 15 minutes in one because your engine is right next to you between passenger and driver and the heat is unbelievable not like on h1, they have extra consil to keep heat in and AC, and Heating if your state has snow like in Utah you won't get Heating to the weenshield or keep it from getting foged up or even if you installed one it would still do you no good without heat being spread equally, h1s have isolated soft tops not humvees not good thing to have for those same reasons, the reason i compare them so much is because even tho my trucks interior needs to be put back together you still have so many things in it that makes h1 better and humvees that been painted and cleaned up are being sold for more then this, excuse my spelling and there is a lot more information but you can just ask me. Hummer does run but been seating for long time engine starts and drives well transition is smooth but everything does needs to have a tune up. You can text me day or night dont matter I work nights 385-285-0240 the previous owner paid 50k for it its in the title I paid about 35k and put buch of money in it atleast 15k all together but loosing all my hard work and all my investment because of the current condition, dont try to low ball me but make me offers I am open for trade i wouldnt mind having diesel pusher RV extra money is also possible it all depends, truck located in Salt Lake City, UT Trailer For sale as well
