1968 Ford Ranchero

Mileage: 1,000

West Valley City, UT | Posted September 4, 2020

$7,420

Here she is my 1968 ford ranchero. The original 302 was swapped out for a 1979 460 big block with freshly rebuilt edelbrock carburetor, upgraded roller rockers and cam shaft. It has an automatic c6 transmission complete with B&M racing shifter. Just a couple years ago she got new air suspension (adjustable air shocks not air bags) and a new exhaust system. The rear end was swapped out for a ford 8 inch rear end mostly for the purpose of burnouts and a ton of fun. It has an electric fan setup on radiator, and new leather bucket seats. She won a burn out competition in bountiful that was hosted by pep boys. That’s where the new racing tires that are currently on it were won. I’m not sure how many miles are on the motor but it has been less than 1,000 miles since it’s last rebuild was done. Comes with a box of extra parts like trim pieces that were taken off and just haven’t been put back on. I have it registered and insured and it runs great! The body is pretty straight for how old it is, it has a few minor scratches on the passenger side but could easily be fixed. I love this car I really do, the only reason I am selling it is because i need to make a down payment on a new truck. This is the same year make and model of ranchero featured in roadkill and motor trend for ice racing in Alaska.

    Vin Info Has Changed

    What’s this mean?

KSL Cars uses VIN info to automatically pull details about vehicles listed on the site. The seller edited some info when they created this listing – the changes they made are marked with this symbol.

This doesn’t always mean something is wrong – we just think you should know that changes were made. But it’s probably a good idea to ask the seller about them. As always, if you don’t feel comfortable about it, do not proceed with the purchase.
