1976 Corvette Stingray. 30,322 original miles. It was not well kept when I purchased the car. I had the engine rebuilt, new transmission, new paint, everything new inside, 350 engine, great exhaust system, automatic transmission, air conditioning, plus so much more. Being a Vietnam Veteran and U.S. History/Government School Teacher, I am as Patriotic as they come. To show gratitude for my love of Country I bought (specifically) a 1976 Corvette for the Bi-Centennial, Pained it Red (original color), put red white and blue Eagles on the hood and rear. Put red, white and blue flames on the side with other decorations. On the top is labeled "The Patriot" A Vets Vette. It is one of the most symbolic cars you will find. I put over $30,000.00 putting the car to my expectation. I declared, "When it becomes to difficult to get in and out of the car, it's time to pass it on to someone who will appreciate the car. It's that time.
