Selling a 1991 Mitsubishi eclipse GSX, car runs and drives but under boost (15psi) at 4500rpm and above the car cuts out we believe it's a tuning issue but not sure could also be pre-detonation, heater, cruise control, ABS, power windows and locks all work great A/C works once converted over to r134.
