Clean title, 2 owners, Toyo all season tires from Les Schwab. Bought this car in 2014 with 160,000 miles on it, & I’ve driven it almost every day for over 6 years. It has never left me stranded anywhere. The original owners lived in Northern California and took great care of it, they had installed a new catalytic converter, all new cv axles and had the head gaskets replaced before we bought it, & since I’ve owned it I’ve done my best to baby it as much as they did but unfortunately I haven’t been as good at holding onto maintenance receipts as they were. I have a big stack of receipts, but I’ve lost a few along the way. Since 2015 I’ve had a new windshield wiper mechanism installed, new spark plugs, a new radiator, new timing belt and water pump, & a new ignition. I’ve kept up on oil changes & changing the brake pads.
Full disclosure, it does need a new cv axle on the front driver side, it’s not the end of the world it just clicks and squeaks a little. I’m not 100% sure on the milage but it’s an educated guess because it rolled over to 200,000 last spring. This summer at about 205,000 after we had the new ignition installed the dash got stuck on the trip odometer & I’ve just been too lazy to take it in to have it taken back apart. I know that may sound bad but I promise you this thing doesn’t have more than 220,000ish miles on it. As you can see in the photos the paint is chipping on the hood, there’s a spot on the back hatch where some paint spilled, & there are two small dings on the right side from sliding into a snowbank, but it has never been wrecked or had any real body damage.
I’m no mechanic, and this is a 21 year old car so I’m selling it “as is” but it is solid, it has been an incredibly dependable daily driver and I’m in absolutely no rush to sell it. I truly love this thing but I’ve been contemplating sacrificing getting great gas milage to switch to a truck so that’s really the only reason I’m posting this ad. I moved to SLC in the fall and it’s registered in Oregon until April 2022 so I didn’t bother registering it in Utah because I planned to drive it back out there for the summer, (if it doesn’t sell by the end of the month that’s what I’ll be doing) but if I can find a good home for it before I go then I’m okay with that.
