2019 Ford Transit

Mileage: 27,300

Vernal, UT | Posted April 21, 2021

$55,000

This was bought last year as a 'pandemic project'. I have put my heart and soul into this and it hurts to let it go. I planned to finish the walls, ceiling, cabinets and call it finished. But, alas it's time to move on because I need to free up the cash I have into it.
The electrical is nearly finished and I have everything needed after walls and cabinets are in. It has 2 renogy 100 Ah lithium FePO4 batteries, 350 watt solar, 30 amp shore charger, 60 amp battery to battery charger, victron smart BMV and smart solar charge controller.
It seats and sleeps 5, the bench folds out to create another bed.
The bunk bed system is made out of extruded aluminium (80/20). It's upper bunk slides up and down. The lower bunk slides up, down, and half slides front to back. I designed it myself with the help of a local company. The upper bunk is 60 inches square so it sleeps two children very comfortably. If you don't have upper sleepers it could be removed or pushed to the ceiling. I've included some pictures from during construction to show its ability to move. I've considered adding linear actuators to allow lifing it up to be as easy as a switch.
I have done many projects that you wouldn't have to:
Insulated floor with baltic birch subfloor.
Installed LVP floor.
Installed 2 CRL Lawrence windows.
Installed maxxair fan.
Designed and installed bed system.
Baltic birch bed base (best plywood for resisting warping). Circles drilled for weight savings and to allow mattress to breathe.
Installed electrical system including wiring to devices (devices included).
Built bench system that turns into bed. Storage under benches and foam padding.
Insulated with thinsulate. This is the best insulation for van installations.
Hitch mounted with 2" receiver.
Installed furring strips for wall installation including extra space pushout for more room sleeping perpendicular.
I have the material I planned to use for the ceiling, but it isn't installed yet.
We started using it as soon as it had seating and sleeping capabilities and we've loved it so much. Let me know what questions you have. There are no mechanical issues with the van. Great tires with lots of life left. Just had the oil changed and serviced. The front window will be replaced before sale.

    Vin Info Has Changed

    What’s this mean?

KSL Cars uses VIN info to automatically pull details about vehicles listed on the site. The seller edited some info when they created this listing – the changes they made are marked with this symbol.

This doesn’t always mean something is wrong – we just think you should know that changes were made. But it’s probably a good idea to ask the seller about them. As always, if you don’t feel comfortable about it, do not proceed with the purchase.
