1987 BMW 3 Series 325i

E30, convertible, 5spd manual.
This clean south-eastern (Florida) car has all original body panels and paint. Coming from a warm climate, there is no rust. The underside and wheel wells look fantastic. This has a clean title and is an ideal specimen for a weekend cruiser or a full restoration. The guy I picked this up from picked up the car disassembled in the middle of an auto to manual transmission conversion. He thought it would be a parts car for another project but it was so nice he had to resurrect it. He assembled it with the care of a personal car but with the intention of selling it once it started and drove. I bought it, put about 500 miles on it. And now I’m ready to let somebody else experience a classic E30.
The guy I bought it from was a BMW mechanic back in the 80’s so he knew all about these e30’s. Here is the list of the things he replaced!
From front to back, here’s the newness:

needs:
The existing top, which is new, needs to be affixed to the bracketry.
The previous owner rolled the fenders for big tires on a lowered car. The paint chipped off on the lip.
ABS light is on. Likely a dirty contacts at the wheel speed sensor harness.
Low on freon. I haven’t attached the AC belt.
