2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Premium

This car needs new tires soon and the check engine light goes on and off. The code says the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. The car itself runs great and has been my daily commuter car for the past 8 years. I have just recently bought a new vehicle so i no longer need this one.
General maintenance has been kept up with.
Head gaskets were replaced recently at around 195k miles.
The ac was recharged this spring and works great.
The interior has been kept clean.
