I just found out that the title is not clean like I thought, it shows as branded due to not actual mileage reported, I am unaware of what that really means but it just says that in 2017 the new owner / DMV reported that a not actual mileage title was issued. I haven't noticed anything like that on the title I recieved and the bank that issued the previous owner a loan said it was clean. So I am not exactly sure what the issue
