2002 Ford E-Series Cargo E-350

So I’ve got a 2002 Ford Econoline E-350 cargo van with a 7.3 powerstroke diesel. It’s got 275,000 on the odometer. In its Previous life it was a bud light/ Budweiser brand van to tote around barrels of beer. So the inside of the van has signs of heavy use but would be covered up in a camper van Convesion or just perfect for an all purpose van for construction and what not.
