2008 Ford Crown Victoria

Right, I'm going to be honest. I bought this car from a family member, the reason why they stopped driving it was because it wasn't very gas efficient. Couple years have passed since then and it has probably sat since 2019. I did jump behind the wheel and found that the car still runs well.
Immediate problems I noticed:

• Driver side tire goes flat

• Engine overheats, I think there is a hose with a broken seal or something.

• Front window has a huge ol' crack in it.
