Low mileage, runs exceptionally well, very reliable. Will consider reasonable offers. Cash only, title in hand. 

The good:
-Oil/filter just changed on 1/12 and changed every 6k miles full synthetic only 
-just passed emissions 
-28-33mpg 
-Clean leather interior &amp; sun roof 
-Comes with snow tires on and in good shape 
-Efficient 4cyl fuel injected motor gets 28-33mpg 
-A/C, heat, stereo and heated seats all work well 
-Great on slick and snowy roads

The bad (all cosmetic, all pictured)
-Body work on drivers side quarter panel due to some underlying dents. This was from a t bone collision which is the reason for the rebuilt title. Frame is intact and this car handles great. 
-Some small panel cracking, small cracked bumper cover, and some clear coat fading on passenger side (typical of Hondas of this age)
-Passenger headlight occasionally holds some moisture after snow/rain/car wash but is still very bright 
-fog lights do not work - currently no bulbs and a rodent chewed the wiring for one. Have not had them since I&amp;rsquo;ve owned but they can be fixed

I bought this car after the rebuild in 2019 and have put around 40k miles on it with no problems and basic routine maintenance (oil, brakes, etc). Overall this is a low mileage, mechanically sound car ideal for someone looking for something reliable who isn't concerned with perfect aesthetics. An excellent commuter. I&amp;rsquo;m sad to see this go but I just bought a truck and can&amp;rsquo;t afford both vehicles.
