1995 Chevrolet Cargo Van G20

I've had this van for a year and was planning on converting it and living in it. I took out the flooring, insulated it and replaced it with new flooring that hasn't been bolted down yet. The engine was replaced in 2016 and has 46,863 miles on it at the time of posting this. The van has 211355 miles overall. Recent upgrades done by the previous owner include a rear view camera and monitor, JVC radio with Bluetooth capabilities and a CD player, new brakes front and rear, new rear shocks, new rear
