Affectionately nicknamed &amp;ldquo;The Beast&amp;rdquo;, this 15 passenger van is reluctantly being sold as our children keep moving out and we need to downsize.
Our hope is that this car will bring your family as much joy and as many memories as we have had with it the last 8 years. The Beast has taken our family on two humanitarian trips to Mexico, a beach vacation to California, a trip to the gorgeous mountains and lakes of Glacier National Park and across the border into Canada to Banff. We have visited Mount Rushmore and we have taken several trips to St. George and Idaho to vacation and check out colleges for our kids. It has always been reliable and SO MUCH FUN. Van is in excellent running condition and I would take a cross country trip in it tomorrow without a second thought.
We bought the Extended Van on purpose for the extra length as opposed to a 12 passenger can so that we could remove the back row (which we have never used and has been stored in our garage under a tarp). We have used it as an 11 seater with a MASSIVE trunk. Now we have a built in trailer where we can fit a month&amp;rsquo;s supply of groceries, bikes, golf clubs, kayaks, furniture, coolers, suitcases, we have never had to worry about space. We had a suburban before this car and hated how cramped everyone was. There is so much room in this van to walk around to get to each seat, no folding down chairs&amp;hellip;we have listened to so many books on tape and watched DVD&amp;rsquo;s as we have traveled. It&amp;rsquo;s been amazing.
Another fun thing is carpooling and being able to pick up the whole team (talk about camaraderie on the way to tournaments and events) and so much room in the trunk for equipment, bags and coolers for everyone. We also did many girls night outs and quadruple dates nights with every couple spreading out on their own row.
Yes, it does fit in a normal sized garage and this car has been stored in one the entire time. If fits in underground parking garages like City Creek in downtown Salt Lake. It has regular oil changes and maintenance. We got new snow tires for it last year. You never need to wonder about where you parked your car again!
