2005 Ford Taurus SE with leather interior

In good mechanical shape but not without a few quirks.

Since May of 2021 (approximately 15,000 miles) the following has been replaced:

MAF sensor

air intake plenum gaskets

A/C clutch and belt

Coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug wires

front tires

starter

front brakes

heat and a/c work great!

Quirks:

Has an odd idle. Not rough just odd.

windshield recently cracked

has a front end clank on both sides when braking and first accelerating. It's not a suspension or steering issue. Mechanic thought it might be motor mounts but was unable to pinpoint issue. I've read that the subframe isolators/mounts can cause the same issue. This is a great little commuter car.

May be interested in a small to mid-size AWD/4x4 SUV or small 4 door truck such as Jeep Commander, Cherokee, Wrangler, Nissan Xterra, Dodge Durango, Blazer, Jimmy, S-10, Colorado, Canyon(less interested in Ford Explorer or Expedition). Can add $ for the right vehicle. I'm not afraid of a vehicle with a few or more minor (not wanting to replace engine or transmission) issues.
