$900 OBO. This van body and interior is in really good condition for the year. It does have a slip between the 1st and 2nd gears of the transmission but is still driveable. Power windows, locks, heat and a/c all work fine. We just replaced battery, all the spark plugs, input and output sensors, oil, oil filter, transmission fluid, air filter, and has new wipers.
