2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5 TS

2002 Impreza TS. Transmission is busted (sounds horrible but can go through all the gears) and I was told it would need a rebuild. Work done in the last three years includes head gasket replacement, water pump, radiator, fuel lines, front brakes and a new catalytic converter. I have service records for all this.
Numerous scratches and bumps on the outside, paint decay and a spot of rust on the top. Interior condition isn't bad.
