2020 Nissan SL 3500 4x4. This van has the factory 4x4 conversion done by TIM DAHLE NISSAN South town. They do the whole 4x4 conversion using Nissan Titan HD parts so EVERYTHING is covered under the manufacturers warranty. The side steps, the rack on top and rear ladder were all installed by Nissan.  This van still has almost 2 years and 60k miles under that factory warranty, that was the big reason I bought it. If anything goes out on it in the next 2 years, including the 4x4 it's covered.  I took all the seats out of it when I bought it, they've been in storage and I have pics of them below. They're all leather seats, and the front ones are heated. I put in a weather tech liner that cost almost a grand for all 4 pieces you have to buy. This van can tow  10k lbs. I believe little more as well when its in 4x4. I've maybe put 500 miles in it since I've had it. I am only selling it because I'll need a diesel 1 ton for some work projects coming up. It's a great van with tons of room in it. Has a backup camera in the rear view mirror as well. Also has brand new Nitro ridge grappler tires, maybe 500 miles on them. I believe they have stopped making these vans in '21, you rarely see the 4x4 ones come on the market and the price for doing the conversion is going up, its  $15k I believe if you have it done by the factory.
