New:
Rack and pinion, Gas filter, power steering reservoir, tires, brakes, rotors, exhaust leaks patched, cold air intake, speakers, spoiler, spare tire, custom trunk floor piece, wired for aftermarket head unit. 
Cons: 
Power steering and A/C lines need replacing, can run without them, A/C and heat doesn&amp;rsquo;t work, needs alignment, small exterior dents not many but few, interior needs some work but is good for now, timing is off so it squeaks the belt when you start the car, some electrical work for windows needed, they roll down but you need to mess with the wires in between the door and place them correctly to do so. 
Overall: 
This cars been great to me, but I need something a little more roomy and spacious. Looking for 3000$ or a trade for a Box Van, or larger Van with lots of space in the back. This car usually sells for 4-5 grand especially for the engine type, it&amp;rsquo;s considered the LS swap for Honda engines as a DC4 series engine. Firm on the price, it&amp;rsquo;s a PROJECT car for sure, but put 1-2 grand into maybe a little less, and you got yourself a fairly fast, nice sounding little car :) 

Trades: 
For trading I&amp;rsquo;m looking for a Box Truck/Box Van, or mini van that&amp;rsquo;s more suitable to be stripped out from the middle seats back for storage. A large vehicle with space. Needs to be in better or fairly better condition, needs working heat and radio, and will run good on long distance drives.
