I am down-sizing our collection of cars and am probably going to regret selling this one&amp;hellip;the only reason I'm selling it, is because it only seats 2 people&amp;hellip;it is great for trips to the store (plenty of storage behind the seats for groceries or other purchases, ~9 sq. ft.) or getting back and forth to work, but not a great car if you need to seat 3 or more people. It would be a perfect teenager's first car or perfect for someone that is Door-dashing or delivering things or for someone who wants a great daily driver that sips gas. It runs perfectly and gets around 37 MPG with the A/C on during the Summer (city/highway&amp;hellip;actual calculation, not a car computerized calculation) and around 40 without air.

**No Problems or Check Engine or any Other Problem Lights&amp;hellip;Everything works!**

It has new brakes (rotors/drums and pads/shoes) all the way around, new tires and was just alignment checked (no alignment was needed). Lastly, it is in great condition and has been service regularly (All Services and Routine Maintenances are current and up to date) and the oil has always been changed (early) around every 7,500 miles (Full Synthetic) instead of every 10,000 miles as recommended by Smart (Mercedes-Benz Group, Daimler AG) and it was just changed at 134,800 miles. The vehicle currently has 136,777 miles on it (as of 03-19-2023) and it is still being used regularly (trips to the store, etc..), Since we are still driving it around, I pulled a NADA Sale value as though the vehicle has 140,000 miles on it instead of the actual lower mileage. Additionally, we are the 2nd owners of this vehicle and it is eligible for Experian AutoCheck's Buyback Protection based on the history report pulled on 8-31-2022 (no known or shown brands&amp;hellip;terms and conditions apply&amp;hellip;unfortunately my report is not transferable)&amp;hellip;It should also be eligible for the same thing with CarFax (you would have to purchase that report). Lastly, I also have the Factory Smart Car rubber mats that were not shown in the original pictures (see pictures 25 &amp; 26, taken on 8-28-2022)
