This beetle has been a fun car to drive. It's small and fits into any parking spot. It has some blemishes, but gets from A to B. With its yellow color, it gets noticed. It's fun to drive around and watch other drivers and their passengers slug each other. 

The problems that I'm aware of is that it needs some definite suspension work on the front left side (mechanic says it's about $1500). This may or may not be why the ABS light is on.  It also struggles to start on occasion and I'm not sure why. It's happened only twice in the last year or so. A previous owner towed it by the hood latch and bent the hood. They replaced the hinges, but it left a gap at the top for some reason. 

We'd hang on to it, but we don't need an extra car hanging around and we don't drive it enough to make it worth paying extra on the insurance and my kids have less interest in learning how to drive a stick than I had hoped.
