1994 Lexus SC

$4,500 OBO,1994 sc300 with the 2JZDE. The car does start but does not rev. There is a fuel relay that went bad and needs replaced. This car has a custom paint job with the jams that match the exterior paint. Both back tires need to be replaced. You can air them up to move the car but does not hold for longer then a day. I’m open to trades for a diesel truck or cash so I can put it toward a diesel truck. I’m not interested in any other trades. Thank you for looking.
