Currently not starting needs a bit of a prim
I have redone the steering column, passenger motor mount, new battery, clutch linkage and complete carburetor kit. Carburetor looked brand new. I bought it to get through the winter. The guy I bought it from was not even close to being honest. He said if I fixed the key cylinder it would be ready to go. Not true. Winter is over and I have no need for it. Great base to start with if looking for a project. With a bit of time I think it is ready
