How many miles can a 2005 Subaru Outback last? With regular maintenance and responsible driving, a Subaru Outback typically last 230,000 to 300,000 miles. I purchased this outback ~2016 with approximately 78k miles. It now has ~112,600 miles. Adult owned and driven. No smoking. Regularly cleaned and serviced. I have done brakes (pads and rotors), a fuel pump, regular fluid changes (3k-3.5 k mile oil changes), a new battery. Replaced shocks and struts around 90K, Brakes around 105K, Tires last done around 90K. Have not had any major issues. Its been a good car for my wife who wanted better control over her car in the snow. It's a little mountain goat in the snow. Well maintained and clean. Regular scuffs and dents you expect in a 20 year old car, but overall I would say its pretty clean. 113k is definitely fairly low miles for a 20 Y/o car. Cold AC, No codes, Manual trans, Garaged for last 18 months, but driven regularly. I never pulled a history report when we bought it, but feel free. No accidents or Major work done since we bought it. Message me for details or to setup a test drive. Priced lower than similar vehicles with much higher miles. Thanks for looking. Low-ball offers will not receive replies.
