Car starts right up but has a few issues I just don't have the time or know-how to fix. We just replaced the alternator, and what our mechanic has told us is: 1 - There is something still draining the battery like an old alarm system or something that isn't completely unhooked - just need to find what it is and either pull the fuse for it, or disconnect whatever it is. 2 - There is an Oxygen sensor (system lean, bank 1 code) that maybe needs to be replaced - but could also possibly be caused by issue #3 and wouldn't need to be replaced. 3 - There is a vacuum leak somewhere in the brake system (brakes work, but it feels like the older cars where you actually had to PUSH on the brakes. We've replaced the brake booster and master cylinder trying to fix this but there is still a vacuum leak somewhere and I have no idea how to find something like that). These 3 things are the only problems with the car from what we've been told, but like I said, we don't use this car anymore and I just don't have the time or knowledge to fix them. I need to get something for my son to use and he has his mind set on something else. The car fires right up every time and rides really well, no steering or alignment / suspension issues. It has newer tires as well. The front seats could use some seat covers. The only other thing to mention is that the top of the car / paint is starting to oxidize a little so it's not shiny anymore. Just calling out everything I know of so the buyer is aware, but getting those things fixed, I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a road trip. Clean title in hand and would be a great car for someone that knows how to fix these things.
