This Solara has been a genuinely good car for me. I’ve taken care of it and kept up on the important stuff:
• New battery
• New thermostat
• Brand-new rear rotors & pads
• New front pads & rotors included with the sale
•Fresh oil change
The V6 has plenty of power — honestly more than I need — and it’s been a dependable daily driver. I’m only selling it because I wanted a standard and no matter how politely I ask, this car will not grow a clutch pedal.
The mileage is higher, but it’s a Toyota, so it just keeps going. It’s a 2-door coupe, looks great, and would make an awesome first car or a fun little commuter.
Transparency note: It does have a salvage title. It was tapped in a minor rear-end bump, and the insurance company totaled it even though the only real evidence is a small dent on the rear bumper. Nothing structural, nothing replaced, just insurance doing insurance things.
