For Sale: 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off-Road – Clean, Tight, and Trail-Ready
Up for sale is my exceptionally clean 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4-wheel-drive with the factory TRD Off-Road package and rear locker. This truck has 168,500 miles, runs beautifully, and has never been abused. It has a clean title, no accidents, and no bodywork—just a solid, reliable Tacoma that’s been cared for. New Powerstop front brakes with slotted and drilled rotors.
Factory options include the JBL premium sound system with the OEM subwoofer, recently upgraded with a modern Apple CarPlay head unit for seamless navigation and connectivity. Outside, the truck is wrapped in high-quality Avery Denison Satin Khaki green, giving it a rugged and unique look. The last two pictures show the truck just before I had it professionally wrapped by Supreme wraps and tints in March of 2023. I didn't take many pictures of it before the wrap because I never thought I'd sell it. Wraps typically last 3-5 years and I ceramic coated the wrap right when I got it put on so I'd imaginer it still has another 2 years in it.
Performance upgrades include B.A.M.F. welded-on rock sliders, a **mild suspension lift (**Ironman/Old Man Emu springs and struts front and ALL-PRO expedition leaf springs with Walker Evans rebuildable shocks with a valve to accept extended reservoirs, U-Bolt flip kit and bump stops, stainless steel extended rear brake lines) with extended-travel A-arms, and a set of 285/70R17 BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires with excellent tread life mounted on 17x9 wheels. It drives tight, tracks straight, and cruises the freeway smoothly—the perfect mix of daily comfort and off-road capability.
I have owned this for 13 years and know it like the back of my hand. I have done all the oil changes every 4-5K miles with full synthetic, WIX/napa gold filter and always kept the air filter clean. Comes with the original TRD wheels with old 255/85r16 tires on them.
