1984 Chevy Champion RV - it’s the classic G30 TranStar “van” or truck.

The engine was replaced a few years ago and it runs great. Starts every time.

Generator included. Top AC unit, bench seating converts to a bed, booth style table also converts to a bed. It has kitchen sink, stove, oven, refrigerator / freezer, bathroom toilet, sink, shower, tons of storage.

The 6 tires are good (dually tires in the rear). Propane, water pump, 2 batteries, etc — all good.

*the only thing NOT working is the hot water heater
