From what I can tell the vehicle has never left Utah. It has what I would consider normal wear and tear and rust areas. Below is a list of items I have replaced or fixed. I have had Burt Brothers do all of the work and Jeppson Automotive replaced the transmission right when I bought it so it has a 3 year or 100,000 mile warranty. All documents can be provided and are on Carfax.

Brand new transmission.

Replaced coolant and did a radiator flush.

New serpentine belt.

AC service completed.

Brand new tires.

Fresh oil changes and preventative maintenance.
