Selling a 2016 VW Jetta SE with the 1.4L turbo. Car runs and drives good and has been mechanically solid. It’s been a reliable daily driver and would make a great car for a beginner driver or someone commuting around town. most recently I drove from Salt Lake to Denver and back and it did great.
Cosmetically, it’s not perfect. There’s a vertical crack on the passenger side of the windshield, a few small dents around the car, and a spot on the hood where a dent was popped out but you can still see it in the paint.
Overall, it’s a dependable car that’s good on gas and ready to drive. Priced accordingly due to mileage and cosmetic wear. Great option if you’re looking for an affordable commuter. The interior fabric is in decent condition but shows wear on the edges of the seat where you get in and out and where I patched a hole on the driver seat edge.
I recently replaced the interior blower fan that pumps the AC air and hot air and now hot air only comes out of the driver side vents.....I read online that you just need to use a code reader device to reset the vents or I believe you can use a screw driver to reach down by the foot well to pop the fan open. the AC blows cold out of all vents. There is also a small oil leak.....took it to a Volkswagen Certified Mechanic and he said he couldn't locate the source but it didn't seem significant at this time, I just consistently check the oil and keep it topped off every month.
Don't message me with lowball offers, it bluebooked for $3300-$4000.
