The Tiger was Carroll Shelby's first car to shoe horn a V8 into a small British sports car.
The tigers have increased in value over the years and should continue to follow in the footsteps of all the original Shelby car values.
This Tiger had been owned by my father since 1999. Prior to that it was in Las Vegas, so it was a great "dry" body.
It was completely restored and the engine was updated from the 260 to a 289, with about 320hp.
It has a top loader 4-speed, leather interior, mini lite wheels, customer dash and carpets. The convertible top is covered in leather.
This is a must see and a true collector item.
It also comes with a very rare and hard to find hard top (good condition, but not restored).
One of the nicest Tigers in the country.
My father had a large collection of cars and even with all the exotics, this was still one of his favorites and he has hung onto it longer than any other car.
It is with a heavy heart that he is going to sell it.
