I am selling my 1987 Thunderbird XL. it has 170,000 miles, new tires, clean rust free body, decent interior and paint, 5.0l V8, automatic with overdrive, loaded with duel power seats, digital dash, AM/FM/Cassette stereo with factor equalizer, and retrofitted A/C to run on modern freon. It will be sold on a clean UT title. the car runs and drives well. I have had this car since 2000 and I think I am the third owner. when I use to drive this car as a daily driver, I was getting 18-19 mpg in town and 25-26 mpg on the freeway. The car is 39 years old. I WILL NOT RUN A VEHICLE REPORT. if you want one of those, then you buy one. No Trades, cash only. it did get a repaint in 2024, but it has flaws in the paint and I would consider it it a 10 footer. it looks good and will make a fun car for car shows or could easily be put back into daily driving service. the only thing that does not work to my knowledge is the Rear window defroster. there is a wire that connects to the defroster.Element that has delaminated from the glass fix that and the defrostler would likely work. I have lots of spare parts that come with the sell of the car If you want them, I have spare hoods to include the desirable turbocoop hood. I have spare doors, front and rear bumpers, taillights, headlights, L & R doors and nose cone. these are parts I have collected over the last 25 years of owning the car. ... I am selling my Thunderbird because I have four vehicles and I am the only driver. I would like to thin down my fleet. I have no other vehicles for sale.
