Features a slip down deck and flip up awning with lighting stairs and railing for safety compliance. Insulated box with dual HVAC and ventilation systems. Lots of electrical outlets all over inside and out. Wired for internet, and starlink ready. Lots of battery bank storage space for solar upfit. Medical cabinets in both rooms. Built on a modular platform to allow you to remove the middle wall if you wanted to combine it into one room. Lots of exterior storage. Does not have water tanks installed, but it does have ample space underneath for tanks if needed. V8 gasoline engine. RWD. In fantastic condition.

This was used as a Covid clinic but was rolled out of the factory right as things started to calm down and saw minimal use.
