moving out of Utah and motivated to sell. Make me an offer
I am selling my 2014 BMW 328 Diesel. These diesels are getting harder and harder to find. Clean title in hand. 2 Keys. This car has been a dream car of mine and honestly I am still debating about selling it. Black on Black on Black. I get 52 mpg on the freeway during my commute going 80 mph and around 45 mpg around town. Typically I am averaging 48 mpg. I just did a trip from Salt Lake to St. George and back on one tank of fuel (15 gallons). Even with heavy around town driving I have never tracked less than 43 mpg in the years I have owned it
Some upgrades and options-
I added Apple Car Play and Android Auto that works wirelessly, aftermarket sequential LED taillights and Headlights (not a halogen bulb on this thing), upgraded interior accent lighting and a custom BMW windshield sun visor to name a few.
Some other options that are not standard on these that this one has are a backup camera, the larger infotainment display screen, sunroof, upgraded digital dash speedometer and heated seats.
DPF has recently been cleaned and reset. Should be good to until 300k miles. I have also been using a fuel additive that cleans the DPF as you use it and I have not had any issues. I also do a deeper purge clean every 10k miles. Also completely stock and nothing deleted, passes emissions no problem.
Valve cover gasket and valve cover have been replaced. Unfortunately these are very common parts that fail on these N47 engines and mine have been replaced and have upgraded parts. If you don’t buy my 328d and go with another you should check to see if this has been done because it will need it eventually unfortunately.
I will also give my logins for the lifetime access to the BimmerLink and BimmerCode apps so you can change and configure any setting or function on the car if you would like.
15% matching window tint all windows and a lifetime warranty on them with the receipt which I will pass along as well.
New tires were put on last year. Calipers painted blue to match BMW blue.
In total transparency the things that need some work are that bumper. A piece of tire was thrown into it while I was on the freeway. The rims are plasti dipped gloss black and starting to come up in a few places after 3 years of being on. You can take them back to the aluminum they originally are or I’m open to redo them if it’s a deal breaker or paint them black. I just never did get around to doing that. Last the paint is starting to oxidize on the hood and roof and needs a buffing. But for a 12 year old car
I have had it garaged since the day I bought it and keep it very clean. The only reason I am considering selling it as I no longer need to commute for work and we are looking to get a truck for my growing family. Otherwise I would keep it.
Motivated to sell but also not interested in dealer help selling this.
Let me know if you have any questions. Text or ksl secure message is best.
