2008 Saturn Outlook XR. Runs but currently has an overheating issue

Thermostat, water pump and alternator recently replaced.

Despite these repairs, the vehicle is still overheating, so it likely needs further diagnosis. Would be a good project for a mechanic or someone looking for a fixer-upper.

Needs new tires, currently sitting on a donut/spare tire, needs both headlights replaced.
