The lowest possible I'll consider is 2500 but I'd really like to do 3000

It would make a great work truck as is or you could put some money and time into it and have a really nice truck to daily drive.

The 6.9 diesel has a legendary amount of low-end torque. It can crawl anything in first at an idle and you can start in second without a touch of throttle. Some people may not like manual transmissions because they don't want to stall.. You pretty much can't stall this truck.

The diesel engine combined with the long bed and 1986 f250 axles and frame, equivalent to f350 strength in new trucks, allow you to haul and tow anything you need.

The body does have a lot of wear but the engine and transmission are in very good condition. The odometer reads around 50,000 but it doesn't work so unfortunately it's true mileage is unknown.
