2007 Ford Escape Hybrid – 139k miles – $2,500
Selling my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid with 139,000 miles. Runs and drives well, no warning lights on the dash. Good gas mileage for an SUV and plenty of space. We wanted this for my son, but I think I am going to give him my current car and get something else, so we don't need 4 cars at this time. Also funding a few trips for my other son who is a pro break dancer!
Known issues (priced accordingly):
Power steering turns off randomly about 1 out of every 3 drives (still drivable, steering just gets heavy until it resets) This is a common issue with this car, there is a recall part, it has been replaced. No one that I know or have found can get this. SO this car probably will always have this odd issue. IF you are a mechanic, maybe you know better.
Driver side window is stuck and does not move (The motor broke, and I never replaced it).
Normal wear and tear for a 2007, nothing wild on this bad boy.
Good car for someone handy or looking for a cheap, practical commuter or project vehicle.
Asking $2,800. OBO Clean title . Cash only/ Venmo. Sold as-is.
