2015 mini cooper. This thing is an amazing little car. I bought it a couple of years ago for better gas mileage, and it delivers that. I average 30-34mpg. I honestly really enjoy driving it. I'm only selling it because I bought a new car. I will drive this a little more over the next couple of weeks, so keep that in mind for the mileage.
Firstly, the early 2000's-2010's mini coopers had engine issues. This has the B38 engine which solved all of the previous problems. This engine is built to last.
It has a manual transmission and is really fun to drive. I have had no problems with this thing whatsoever. When I first got it, I replaced the rotors, wheel bearings, CV axles and brakes. Not for any reason, just because I wanted to be sure that everything was good. The tires are relatively new and still have a good amount of tread left. I know Mini Cooper says you can go like 10,000 miles between pil changes, but I did it every 5,000 because it made me feel better. I always used spec oil and filters. There are no leaks whatsoever. The only issue is that there is an error with one of the modules. It makes a light on the dash turn on and tells you there is an error. It has not affected the operation of the car and has not affected getting the registration renewed. It's been like that the entire time I've owned the car. The motor runs great and doesn't have any weird sounds. The battery is only a few months old. I replaced the spark plugs a few months ago just because.
It has Bluetooth for phone calls, but not for music. For that, I plugged in a Bluetooth to the aux port and use that. It works great. The exhaust isn't stock and sounds great. I've gotten compliments on it.
I forsee this car lasting much, much longer. I am sad to see it go, but I have too many cars. Reach out with any questions or anything.
