2014 Mitsubishi Outlander GT AWD – V6 – Seats 7 – Clean Title

Excellent winter commuter and/or family vehicle in great shape. Our 5 children are outgrowing the third row.

Mechanical / maintenance notes:

• Engine was replaced with a used OEM engine several years ago; current engine has zero problems and only ~115k miles!

• Regular (including recent) oil changes

• New wiper blades

Things to be aware of (priced accordingly):

• Audio system not working (amp issue)

• Front tires show wear; rear tires are in good shape

• Passenger-side mirror housing is damaged

• Minor cosmetic paint chips and slight front bumper alignment issue (see photos)

Overall, this is a very dependable AWD SUV with a strong V6 and plenty of life left, priced below the blue book value. Great option for someone looking for a capable winter or family vehicle and willing to live with (or address) a few minor items.
