2018 Crosstrek with Manual Transmission 96,391 miles
I have LOVED this car. Her name is Barbra Dale. But I’m about to enter grad school so she must go.
The good stuff:
-Clean Title
-Stick Shift
-Subaru starlink w/ CarPlay
-Backup Camera
-Mechanically sound
-Runs great
-Super fun to drive
-Spacious trunk
-Tires still have lots of life & sensors were replaced days ago
-AC and Heater Run
-Wipers are brand new
-Original Gear shift nob (although I could be persuaded to part with my custom weighted shifter if you ask nice)
-interior is in pretty good condition no rips or tears on seats
-30 mpg highway
-Shifts beautifully
The not so good stuff:
Drivers side speaker doesn’t work. I bought it that way.
the trunk strut is broken so it doesn’t stay up on its own (I’m told it’s a cheap easy fix?) It gave me a concussion when it broke so I’m scared of it which is why it’s not been replaced.
The Oil pan drain plug is one size too small and was JB welded on. We can’t get it off so we’ve been getting oil changes but from the top. It’s been that way since I bought it. I think the dealer did that. They sold it to me with 3 sheared lug nuts too so they weren't the most reputable…
One of the lug nuts is broken off. This is a known Subaru issue, and unfortunately also my issue.
if you’ve read this far & aren’t too intimidated maybe Barbra Dale is the car for you! 12,000$ OBO (I still have a loan on her.)
