Looks and runs great. Industrial generator and batteries included which run the A/C and heat inside the box as well as interior/exterior lights and wiring. The walls, ceiling and floor are finished, and comes with a large separate storage area, table, seating, a large exterior awning and newer tires. It has been used as a mobile command center but could easily converted to an RV, mobile office or food truck.
