we picked this up a while back and haven't gotten around to doing anything with it, so it's time to let it go.

It's in good shape overall for a 2001 car. seats are good, body is good.

The battery is dead and won't take a charge. It starts good on a jump and runs smooth. I can put a jump pack on it to show it running.

We were told it does overheat after running for a bit. this may be a sign it needs a new head gasket (common with these Subaru 2.5 engines). I have only driven it around the block so I haven't seen it overheat.

The tires slowly leak and they're old enough I wouldn't run them on a highway (tires break down after about 6 years).

This is a good project for the mechanically inclined, and to help your kid get into their first car.
