1957 Chevrolet 210 Bel Air Gasser – 400 SBC – ~500HP
Putting some feelers out to see if there’s interest. Not 100% sure I want to sell, but due to some unforeseen family circumstances, I may need to let it go.
This is a 1957 210 Hardtop, built as a traditional gasser-style car. It’s powered by a 400 small block V8 that my mechanic estimates is pushing around 500 horsepower. It runs strong and sounds mean. Built as a race-style gasser, but still solid and very drivable.
I purchased the car about a year ago with plans to restore and refine it, but life had other plans.
Recent Work & Upgrades
New front axle (I was in the process of lowering the front a few inches)
New front bumper (currently being installed)
New master cylinder & booster
Carburetor rebuilt
Engine tuned
The car didn’t necessarily need much — most of what I’ve done has been personal preference. I’ve put approximately $5,400 into it over the past year.
Body & Interior
Body is in great shape
Runs great
Black interior
Front bucket seats and rear bench seat (from a 1964 Impala)
Driver seat needs reupholstering
Overall, it’s a solid, strong-running classic with tons of character and presence.
If seriously interested, feel free to reach out. TXT 8016085276
CAR IS CURRENTLY IN SYRACUSE AT MY MECHANICS SHOP
Beautiful car cleaned up and interior gone through car would be worth significantly more
