2001 Ford Excursion with the 7.3 power stroke with 166k original miles. I am the third owner, the second owner got it from his parents who bought it new back in 2001. I have had it for 5 or 6 years and did some repairs and maintenance on it including new ball joints, steering linkages, Red Head steer gear, water pump, alternator, new batteries last year, u joints, leaf spring bushings, sway bar bushings, heavy duty brake calipers with drilled and slotted rotors, front hubs with new seals. Also has an Alpine stereo with gps and new speakers with a subwoofer professionally installed. I had the transmission professionally rebuilt with new clutch packs, seals, stage 2 shift kit, exterior oil cooler, deeper oil pan, triple disc torque converter. Has new Hancook tires with maybe 500 miles on them. It also has an Edge programmer with EGT sensor (I haven’t installed the EGT sensor yet and probably won’t but I’ll send it with the buyer). I didn’t get the programmer to tune it and race around, I got it to monitor the system and control the transmission shifting. I used this excursion to pull a bumper pull horse trailer with my kids up to Wyoming a few times a year to help a friend with his cattle ranch. I love this excursion but don’t use it much anymore since my kids are growing up and moving on. I just had it professionally cleaned inside and out. It’s a good solid outfit and I hate to see it go, but I’m hoping someone will use it and make some memories with it like we did. Thanks for looking.
