TLDR:
Great lifted F150 that's been in our family for 10 years and fully functional mechanically with no accidents, check engine lights, or leaks. UTD service records including plugs. Tires just rotated 2/16/26.
Several minor flaws:
Driver’s Seat: The power adjustment moves backward, but the forward function is currently temperamental.
Rear Locks: The rear power door locks work intermittently (common F-150 actuator fix).
Body: Minor wear and tear consistent with its age and 173k miles.
Bottom Line
If you are looking for a lifted 4x4 that hasn't been abused, has a known service history, and a clean, accident-free record, this is it.
Full Listing:
Selling our reliable 2012 Ford F-150 SuperCrew (Full 4-Door) XLT 4x4. This truck has been a member of our family for nearly 10 years, and it has been exceptionally dependable. It features the powerful 3.5L EcoBoost engine and has a clean history with zero crashes or accidents.
Maintenance & Upgrades
We have taken great care of this truck, ensuring it’s ready for the next owner:
• Long-Term Ownership: Owned and maintained by our family for a decade.
• Maintenance: Up-to-date service records, including a recent spark plug replacement
•No leaks, no check engine lights, and no mechanical issues.
• Professionally lifted with a set of oversized Falken Wildpeak tires (great tread).
• Features: Tinted windows, backup camera, and the spacious SuperCrew interior.
Honest Disclosures
The truck is in great shape but has a few minor "truck" quirks typical of the year:
• Cosmetic: There are some minor paint scratches on the body where previous owner had fender flares- easily touched up or covered if you wanted to put flares back on. Part of the plastic on the passenger mirror has fallen off, we are in the process of replacing it but the mirror itself is functional.
The forward motor of the driver side seat is glitchy, rear works fine but if you needed the seat moved up it warrants replacing, we have tried to account for this in the price.
Lastly, we occasionally notice the actuators on the rear doors are finicky, which is a known issue with these years of F-150. The locks work with the key fob most times and are able to be manually unlocked but there is a known flaw that occasionally the rear door locks stay locked. There is a repair but it didn't bother us enough to fix.
OBO, no lowballs or trades. Thanks for looking
